Women Who Build Australia (ABN 59 543 236 855) operates the Women Who Build platform at womenwhobuild.com.au. The platform provides business education resources, tools, community access, and event services for women in business across Australia. References to we, us, and our in these terms refer to Women Who Build Australia. References to you and your refer to the person accessing or using the platform.

By accessing or using the Women Who Build platform, creating an account, or purchasing a membership you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms you must not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To access certain features of the platform you must create a free account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account with any other person. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, provide false information, or engage in conduct that is harmful to other members or to the platform.

The platform offers three membership tiers. Community Member which is free. Growth at $149 Australian dollars per year. Scale at $349 Australian dollars per year. The features and inclusions of each tier are described on our membership page at womenwhobuild.com.au/membership. We reserve the right to modify the inclusions of any tier with reasonable notice to existing members. Paid memberships are billed annually on the anniversary of your signup date. Membership fees are charged in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.

All membership payments are processed securely through our third party payment provider. By purchasing a membership you authorise us to charge your nominated payment method for the annual membership fee. All membership purchases are final. We do not offer refunds on membership fees. Before purchasing please review the full inclusions for your chosen tier at womenwhobuild.com.au/membership. If you have questions about what is included in a tier please contact us before purchasing. In the event that we are unable to deliver a confirmed membership inclusion we will contact you directly to discuss an alternative arrangement. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Community Member accounts are entitled to three uses of the AI Business Idea Validator and three uses of the Business Roadmap Generator. Growth and Scale members have unlimited access to both tools. Use limits reset only upon upgrading to a paid membership tier. We do not offer additional free uses outside of these limits.

Ticket purchases for Women Who Build events are subject to separate event terms which will be provided at the time of purchase. All event tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled by Women Who Build Australia. If an event is cancelled we will offer a full refund or credit toward a future event at your election. Women Who Build Australia reserves the right to refuse entry to any person whose behaviour is disruptive, harmful, or inconsistent with our Community Guidelines.

All content on the Women Who Build platform including but not limited to text, images, tools, guides, templates, and resources is owned by Women Who Build Australia or its licensors and is protected by Australian copyright law. You may use platform content for your own personal and business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from platform content without our express written permission. By submitting content to the platform including in forms, submissions, or community areas you grant Women Who Build Australia a non-exclusive licence to use that content for platform and promotional purposes.

The platform uses artificial intelligence to generate personalised business roadmaps and idea assessments. AI generated content is provided as a practical starting point only. It does not constitute legal, financial, accounting, or professional advice. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI generated content for your specific situation. You should always seek appropriate professional advice before making significant business decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Women Who Build Australia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or attendance at our events. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees.

The platform may contain links to third party websites and services including grant providers, government resources, and tool recommendations. These links are provided for your convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content or practices of third party websites. We recommend you review the terms and privacy policies of any third party service you use.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Paid memberships that are cancelled will remain active until the end of the current annual billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial membership periods. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account without notice if you breach these terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to other members or the platform.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
